Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info:

Pick up time from the hotel is 9:00 am on the first day of the trip.
For private tours, starting time can be at the convenience of the passenger(s).
Drop off will be in the evening of the third day in Fes.


Notes:

Tours are available every day.
Please let us know if you want to skip dinner at the Imperial Cities.
Upgrade to 5-Star or 5-Star deluxe accommodation is available.

Payment

Reservations made more than 6 months before departure:

  • Deposit : 30 % of the total amount is required for reservation
  • The balance payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival day to Morocco

 Reservation less than 6 months before departure:

  •  Deposit : 50% of the total amount is required for reservation
  • The balance payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival day to Morocco

 Reservation less than 30 days before departure

  •  Payment in full
