Your certified guide would great you at your hotel and then the tour begins to explore the ancient white city of Fes, one of the best examples of a preserved medieval city. Fes, founded in the 9th century, has been little unchanged since then.
A certified guide is available to help you navigate the serpentine souks, where you'll find fine artisanal goods, rich carpets, pyramids of succulent olives and fruits and other delights and treasures. Visit the much photographed, brightly colored honeycomb vats of the tanneries or climb the austere Merenid Tombs, which open onto a stunning panorama of Fes and the countryside.

Booking Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our pricing policy is designed to protect you as well as Marrakesh Voyage in the event of something unforeseen preventing you from travelling with us.
Payment
Reservation more than six months before tour date
Deposit - 30% of the total cost. The balance to be paid 30 days before the tour date.
Reservation less than six months before tour date
Deposit - 50% of the total cost. The balance to be paid 30 days before the tour date.
Reservation less than 30 days before departure
Payment to be made in full.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival date - 30% of total cost charged
- Cancellation 30-60 days before arrival date - 50% of total cost charged
- Cancellation 15-30 days before arrival date - 75% of total cost charged
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date - No refund
Responsibility Statement
Marrakesh Voyage accepts responsibility for ensuring that the holiday booked with us (for land only) is supplied as described in this brochure or within a customised itinerary and the services offered reach a reasonable standard. This includes accommodation, airport transfers, private car and driver/guide for entire trip and certified guides for cities according to your itinerary.
Complaints
In the event of any dissatisfaction with the accommodation or any other service provided by the Company, the matter MUST be reported immediately to the organisation concerned (i.e. Hotel Manager, Agents, etc.) so that prompt action can be taken to remedy the problem. Thereafter the matter must be referred in writing to the Company within ten days after the client's return. (The driver/guide can act as an agent/assistant of the Company for any problem while travelling around the country. Any problem can be reported to him immediately.)
Itinerary Changes While In Morocco
If a guest decides to deviate from the planned itinerary while in Morocco, any additional expense resulting from such an action must be paid directly to those providing the service(s). No refund will be considered for unused, pre-booked accommodation.
Cancellation/Delay of Aircraft or Other Transportation
We do not accept liability for any additional costs incurred due to delays or cancellations of international or domestic flights, or any other transportation for any reason beyond our control. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of unused, pre-booked accommodations or services. Any additional costs involved in such a delay are to be met by the client. If delay is caused by technical problems, the airline will normally provide airport meals and accommodation where necessary. However, if caused by bad weather, strikes, traffic control etc., the airline will seldom offer any compensation as the delay is beyond their control.
Travel Insurance
Although we will do everything possible to ensure our guests' safety and enjoyment, Marrakesh Voyage is not liable for any personal injury or loss incurred while visiting Morocco. We highly recommend purchase of travel insurance.
*Customers are required to provide for themselves all necessary insurance against personal injury, loss, damage, theft, cancellation, delay etc.
