La Maison Bleue, an ornate palace, was built in 1915 by a famous judge and restored to its previous grandeur by a passionate team. It was an ancient Fes residence which has been transformed into a Riad with a delightful ambiance, harmoniously combining ancient traditions with comforts of the contemporary world.
As house guests of a prominent Fassi family, visitors enjoy discovering all the nuances of their exquisite surroundings. Inside, a long corridor leads to a peaceful inner courtyard that houses elegant Moroccan salons. The first and second floors feature one single and five deluxe rooms.
La Maison Bleue has a small-scale restaurant with an opulent spa and gym, and sexy smoking salon, which exudes an air of discreet luxury. There's an Andalusian patio with a shimmering pool, where guests are greeted on arrival with dates and a bowl of fragrant milk.
Guests will delight in discovering the elegant library brimming with bound books and oil paintings, or the entrancing rooftop terrace, which is overlooking the bustling activity of Fes.
While wandering into the elegant candle-lit salon, guests will find waiters in pantaloons standing at attention to serve them an abundant feast of traditional hot and cold salads; tender tajines; bastilla - Morocco's traditional chicken dish; spicy seafood; fragrant oranges with cinnamon; orange flower water and homemade pastries.

In order to make a reservation, 50% of the total charges have to be deposited at the time of reservation. The remainder 50% are to be paid 30 days before the date of arrival at the Riad.
Cancellation policy:
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival date - 30% of total cost charged
- Cancellation 30-60 days before arrival date - 50% of total cost charged
- Cancellation 15-30 days before arrival date - 75% of total cost charged
- Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date - No refund
