Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
You will be picked up and escorted from your hotel or any port, airport or train station in Morocco, according to your arrival time and date.
Note:
If you were planning on arriving at Marrakech, you can have the tour in reverse.

- Upgrade to five-star or five-star deluxe accommodation.

Payment
Reservations made more than 6 months before departure:
- Deposit : 30 % of the total amount is required for reservation
- The balance payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival day to Morocco
Reservation less than 6 months before departure:
- Deposit : 50% of the total amount is required for reservation
- The balance payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival day to Morocco
