In the centre of the Fez medina, the riads are expertly restored with patience and passion, so that the clients can enjoy the comfort and splendour of an ancient home, with the state-of-the-art facilities.
The hotel is surrounded by green trees and an explosion of colourful flowers, the swimming pool is fed by clean, cool water from an underground spring. A simple walk around the grounds will reveal numerous hidden terraces, adorned with tiled fountains, and countless nooks and crannies, where a soul can relax and listen as the birds sing love songs in the cool breeze.

Riad Alkantara features a fully stocked bar, which offers a table d'hôte menu with authentic, traditional Moroccan cuisine; an area for artistic exhibitions; creative workshops including "The Sacred in Architecture"; courses in meditation, cooking, calligraphy, "Beauty Secrets of Moroccan Women", and childrens' workshops.
"Le Bougainvilliers" Dining Room, with adjoining terrace, exhibits a calm, intimate atmosphere, with a breathtaking view over the garden and swimming pool. The subtleties of North African gastronomy abound, in addition to continental cuisine.
Le Mandala Lounge & Bar, with smoking area, is a comfortable, cosy area with a superb view of the gardens and Medina. Serving traditional spirits, original cocktails, and renowned champagne, it has a subdued, relaxed atmosphere with ambient music. It is open from 6pm to midnight.
Our romantic garden features an ancient olive tree, roses, bougainvillea, honeysuckle, and palm trees, musk trees, mulberry trees, jasmine bushes, orange trees, banana trees and lemon trees.
Our expert workshops and excursions include thematic tours of the Medina, guest lecturers, music, spirituality, and Sufi culture.
