When you get transfer from them, your driver will take care of all details until you arrive at their accommodation. In case you take a taxi or drive by car, once you arrive (Ain Azliten), you will need to hire a donkey porter or a port red luggage cart to take you to the riad. Just hand out the address or say the name of the riad to the porter.
