Mr. Ismaili Mohamed Raouf
This house was owned by the owner's father. The riad is also a part of the Moseley Moulay Ismail from the 17 century. Part of this wonderful building has been converted by the owner in a guesthouse called Riad Meknes. The renovation of this palace lets you enjoy the wonders of the architectural mauresque beauty. This accommodation provider has taken action to address one or more issues (whether environmental, social or cultural) which will contribute positively to the long term viability of the destination and hence their site displays a Caring for the destination rating.
Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
Water is a precious commodity in Morocco. Guests can opt to have their linen and towels cleaned every second day instead of daily. This has a huge impact on water consumption.
Electricity is also conserved where possible. The light bulbs are of low watt and guests are encouraged to switch their air conditioning and lights off when they vacate their room.
These initiatives run parallel with the Riads dedication to service and guests are not expected to compromise their comfort in any way.
