All Morocco events taking place within Fes area are usually staged by a local community, which centres on some unique aspect of that community... with the exception of The Moroccan sacred Music Festival that invite the musicians form all around the world to share their talents and values. There are numerous events in Fes and Meknes going on throughout the year. We have listed some of these below, and we think they are a great time to come visit! Place: Imilchil (24 Sep 2012 - 30 Sep 2012)
The Imilchil Marriage Festival is Morocco's version of the Romeo and Juliet love story. An old local tribal story has evolved into this annual festival.
Place: Tissa (8 Oct 2012 - 11 Oct 2012)
Horse Festival Tissa (the Fez Province) takes place in October, for all horse breeds that Morocco has to offer.
